Arm pit to arm pit laying flat 15” but the back has elastic that makes it go up to 18”.
Waist of the shell(dress not the lining) is 23”
The lining is short until the waist area and measures 21” laying flat.
Length 38” without the straps and the straps are adjustable so total length could go from 43” to 47” probably.
