Clovis Ruffin 70s black wrap dress w/metallic gold & white stripes & cap sleeves. care/material label is faded out, but this is acrylic. dress is 35.5” long, bust is 32”-36” max & that would be with a lot of décolleté-the better to show off your Elsa Peretti diamonds by the yard necklaces. waist ties to 24” & easing up could go to 28.” hips are 36”-40.” there is stretch, but not more than an inch or two.
