winonabrown @hala522 No, true to size. I am a US 6.5 - EU 36.5. These are 37 which is a bit loose. Heels this high need to be snug.

winonabrown @jdmt1997 I wear a US 6.5 - EU 36.5. As a rule, the last digit is your size and the decimal point, 0.0, 0.5 means half size. Hope that helps.
