Club L London Asos Pink Sequin Skirt

Brand new with tags rose gold/ pink sequin skirt from Club L London (bought off ASOS). Has two flaws: a small pull where the sequins are starting to come loose and a row in the fabric that seems to have an extra layer of sequins. I think it’s just how the fabric is, because this extra layer line repeats on the back of the skirt near the top. See pics. It’s such a beautiful skirt, I feel like someone with sewing skills could definitely fix/ modify it or use it for a costume! Size 8 US / 12 UK. NWT. 14.5 inch waist that stretches to about 15.5-16. 27 inch length from top to bottom.
