In excellent condition. The perfect basic black pencil skirt with beautiful waist pleat accent. It's very, very pretty and looks expensive (which it was). Just too small for me now! The fabric is 97% cotton 3% spandex. High quality, thick sateen weave fabric that is not overly shiny, but has a subtle sheen to it and holds its shape. Fully lined. Slight back slit for movement.
