Club Monaco Black Dress w/ Waist Cutout

Excellent condition! Black dress with a modest waist cutout. Fitted top with a cut away armhole. Skirt flares out for a flattering shape. Textured fabric is a honey comb, crochet pattern, which adds a nice 3D dimension. Exposed back zipper. 14" across the top of the cutout and 15" across the bottom of the cutout.
