Club Monaco Blouse

I don’t even know how to describe this blouse, but it’s beautiful and looks amazing dressed up with black jeans and booties for a date night! It’s textured and feels like velvet spots. It’s sheer so you may want to wear a cami under it or just a black bra. I love this too, but doesn’t fit anymore. The sides have zippers for an added touch.
