Club Monaco Cream Blouse with Black Ties on the Sleeves. Size XS

This gorgeous blouse and lots of details to it. The sleeves are my favorite part of the blouse. There is an opening on the sleeves below the shoulders that the black tie goes through and then makes a bow. It also has a shell underneath. No rips, tears, or stains that I can see. A great classic piece to add to your collection.
