Club Monaco Seersucker Cotton Summer Dress Bow

NEW with Tags. Super cute and comfy seersucker dress. Elastic waist with bow tie detail. Apron front with frilled straps. It has pockets and is fully lined in white cotton - NOT see through - but fabric is nice and light for warm weather. Length is 33.5” from shoulder to bottom hem. The pretty blue looks darker in my photos, the blogger photo (last image) is the most accurate.
