Brand new with tags, sleeveless tank with beadwork and front ruffle and slight sheen. It isn’t super shiny like satin, but not flat like cotton. It reflects the light beautifully. See pic for material tag. No flaws. This is a beautiful shirt that has a hidden side zipper with hook closure at the top. Very elegant on.
