This is a cute vintage top with a textured puff paint style floral design. The sleeves are a cap sleeve. Size medium. Chest measures about 20-1/2" pit to pit lying flat. Length from base of neck to bottom is about 22-1/4". Good, gently used condition. There is a small spot near the bottom where the fabric seems thin (like it could eventually become a tiny hole).
