@charlottefitz I sincerely apologize for the delay and the trouble, but as you can see from the tracking information, I shipped out the clutch almost a week ago. There is $50 insurance coverage on it, and you can file a complaint to posh about USPS, but there's not much I can do but send an email to the company. This can only be flagged to posh on your end through your purchases page. If you're sure that the address is absolutely correct, I'm not sure what could have gone wrong other than perhaps a delivery misroute or perhaps the shipping label got damaged. Again, so sorry! Please let me know what you hear from Posh

@charlottefitz I am 100% positive that we'll get this resolved! Even if you decide to not purchase the clutch any longer I would still love to know where my bag went...

@francesashley @charlottefitz hi! I know I'm not involved in this sale but this happened to me, too. It's an error by USPS - it was routed to the wrong area. They will catch it and redirect it correctly!

@francesashley @charlottefitz no prob :) I do recommend you open a case with USPS meanwhile just in case, but it only took a couple more days for the item to reach the buyer

@charlottefitz I'm sorry, I am not able to check my email often as I'm very busy with school. I will ship out the clutch again as soon as it is delivered to my house.

@charlottefitz I never got a confirmation email from the second shipment. At this point, if it gets returned once more I'll have to find a completely different box. Apparently the flat rate boxes can't be shipped using PM labels anymore - the same thing happened to me with another buyer and after I switched boxes it worked out fine. I cannot believe that this has happened, and I hope you don't choose to cancel the order completely
