C/med collective black cotton dress

This is a very heavy dress and has a awesome twirl effect. 97% cotton 3% elastane. It does have spaghetti straps, these do not come off but they are adjustable. ruffled top and the back is lower than the front. from pitt to pit it is 17 in at the top. there is of the rubbery trim that allows the dress to stay up. no marks, stains or rips in good used condition.
