Approximate measurements: 9" tall at center x 10" wide across bottom x 1-2" deep & converting shoulder / crossbody strap with an 8-11" drop or 19-22" drop Smooth and buttery leather One of the pins in buckle area is missing but never noticed it and was never an issue.
