This Coach Chelsea Turnlock Bag is in Pebbled Black Leather with silver color metal hardware. Number 06S-10132. Foldover Turnlock closure. 12” x 4” footprint, approximately 8” deep before the foldover. Interior open top and zippered pockets, d ring. It is missing the strap. It comes with NO STRAP. No handle, no strap. You would have to use one you already have, source one or get creative and use a decorative scarf situation or use whatever you see fit. Other than missing the strap, the bag has very light wear. No holes or dramatic marking on liner. It could use some leather conditioner and there are a few dents from being in storage that may or may not stretch out with use. In my experience they usually do, but i would hate to mislead you.
