Damage: This bag was purchased from another seller. Not at all as described and of course, now when I go back and look, I can see in her pics that she's strategically taken her pics. I'm not one to get upset, except when someone is dishonest. Then that pushes my hot buttons. Please use caution when purchasing from @favorite12. She definitely has a lot of sold items, but now that I look, not many love notes. I guess I'm still learning...

kruddell99 @favorite12 Here's the pics. Aside from the smell, the bottom corners were worn so the black leather is more white. The inside pockets were very dirty, pen marks, large black smudge, misc stains (maybe from makeup or something). I'm hoping I can clean it up a bit. I just like to let people know. ♡

kruddell99 @favorite12 WOW! You blocked me? That's really professional. I really wish you would acknowledge my concerns instead of playing it off like I had your bag mixed up with another one. Why would I purchase a bag I already had? That makes no sense. I posted pics for you to see what I was talking about and even chose not to send it back. Acknowledging what I was talking about would've been nice.

kindlyyours I'm so sorry this happened to you (or to anyone else for that matter)! 😞 It's just not right and reflects poorly on all Posh sellers. Since the seller presumably was not willing to work it out with you, good for you for calling it out! May you never have such an experience again. There are alot of great Posh seller's out there...promise!

kruddell99 @kindlyyours thanks! I tried to talk to her first and her response was "Are you sure you weren't confused with a different purse?" Well...last time I checked, I didn't buy multiple of the same item. Of course I didn't say that. But at the end of the day, nothing happened and she blocked be. It was a real bummer. You can see from my love notes given, that I've purchased a lot in the last year I've been a member of Posh, so I guess getting screwed at some point was bound to happen.

pursenut Sorry this happened to you. I've had that experience. Twice I resolved it with Poshmark and got my $ back. I just won't put up with misrepresentation of shoddy merchandise! Usually seller won't resolve issue. Twice I had to eat my purchase and try to clean up interiors of handbags! Usually hard to do! Oh well, live and learn. And block!😉😊

beautifulusa @kruddell99 ugh, dishonest sellers😡 💯 agree w/u there! Sounds like seller tried to appease u just long enough to keep u from a return b4 the deadline!😔 Always feel free to ask more photos if u come across listings tht dont show full frame! that's USUALLY(not always) a bad sign! The sellers that r doing it to cover up something won't respond to ur request for more pics, but honest sellers will! If u find an item u like, u can ALWAYS search for tht SAME item to see wht other options there are!

beautifulusa @kruddell99 ESPECIALLY w/ popular brands like Coach u'll almost ALWAYS find MANY listings for the same item! I had this happen w/a D&B bag & after keeping the bag w/a POOL of ink@ the bottom SUEDE interior(not mentioned) I searched the same bag & not only were there TONS more listed, they were in WAY better condition & less than wht I paid🤦‍♀️I wish I knew to search for the same bag instead of thinking it was only avail. in the closet I came across it in! Lesson learned! Hope this is helpful🙏
