jooni @pamelafecteau The only indents I see are nonsynthetic ones: small "lines" on the gold area, but this is from the natural folds of the material. There is slight discoloration on the metal parts that are touching other metal pieces (hooks/ring), but I don't think this can be helped even with a brand new bag.

jooni @pamelafecteau Other than those, there are no other damage, discoloration, or scuffs on the actual bag itself. It was stored in a cool, dry space, stored in a dust bag and and box before I took it out to take pictures! Let me know if you have any other questions :)
