Coach Mia Shoulder Bag in chalk/cream pebble leather with snake leather trim on both handles and gold details. Zip top, brown fabric interior lining Can be worn 3 ways including shoulder, crossbody, and a hand bag. Shoulder/crossbody strap is detachable and adjustable Only used a handful of times. Interior is in excellent condition. Minor signs of wear on bottom of bag. This includes minor wear on corners of bottom of bag. Also, one blue line of wear on under side of hand bag strap (not sure what it is or if it was already there- looks like a small blue ink line). On gold coach tag there is also slight stickiness from plastic sticker tag which I am sure could easily be removed. Pictures included as well of the slight wear. No other known signs of wear.

morganrenee08 @holyilah Hi! Poshmark doesn’t have direct messaging. The only place to message is here or if you bundle items. I haven’t received any offers from this account. The only offer I received on the bag yesterday was from another account and her name was Paige. It canceled the order and told me not to ship it because her address and/or financial info wasn’t accurate. Is that you? If so, you’ll need to contact Poshmark.

holyilah I never have any reply to messaging them. I even downloaded the app and corrected the notification but cannot communicate to the support center. The purchase debited and is pending refund. I did buy another bag last week. I know it’s possible. Do you know how to contact a live person?

morganrenee08 @holyilah How strange! That’s really frustrating. I’m not sure how to contact a live person as I’ve never had to. Have you submitted a ticket on the support page? You didn’t receive an email or message asking to verify your information or anything? I just pulled up the email from them and it says “Do not ship. Order was canceled. Payment method and/or shipping address needs to be verified by user.”

holyilah They never answer. It keeps asking me to upload my passport but then rejects the image either right away or in the verification process. Hopefully the other bag I bought being delivered and paid out will verify the payment method. Otherwise I will find an alternative.

holyilah The bag I bought is arriving late. It was supposed to be delivered Saturday, but it updated to “arriving late” today, so hopefully that means tomorrow or the next day. And hopefully it’s arrival will automatically verify my account after the payout. I still have not figured out how to contact support or make the system accept the passport photos I upload.
