These Coach flats are not in perfect condition, but most signs of wear are on the bottom of the soles or on the insole gold leather. There is one small blemish on the metal emblem, circled in a picture. There is also a wrinkle (not a scratch) in the patent leather of the heel of one shoe- I have an arrow pointing to it in the picture. This flaw was always there. I did wear these a few times, and the front of my feet are a little wide. If you have narrow feet, do not buy these, as they would be loose on you.
