My mom is a shopaholic. Bought this brand new at Coach and never used it. It's perfect because it's a name brand, well made, leather bag, yet it's not screaming at you with the C's. I love the fact that it can function a crossbody OR arm candy. You get the best of both lengths (ha). The metallic color classes up EVERY outfit. No marks or stains. Zipper works perfectly.
