I purchased two crossbody’s from Coach’s website to see which I liked better and kept the other one so this one was opened just to compare to the other one I bought but it was not used. You can tell the plastic bag and foam covering were opened as neither seals back up like new, so if this is a gift You Can either remove the bag from its packaging wrap it, or use double sided tape to seal the plastic and foam covers 😉 Please ask all questions before purchasing.
