km13031 @bagsquare hi..the bag is 12" length x 5" wide inside the bag, 12.5" x 8" outside, the outside is 8.75" tall and 4.5" wide fully opened. I am not sure how to answer the tag question, it's my daughter's bag. The tag is with the purse. Thanks for the interest, it's a beautiful bag. I'm open to offers.
