cia13 Ok, I am going to let myself sound stupid.... I don't understand how people measure from the collar down since it moves around..depending on how you lie the garment out. Can you better explain the collar method because a lot of people are using it. And for the shoulder method you must be measuring from the outside of the top of your arm. Oh gee! I just want it to fall below my knee!! LOL- the rhyme!! Thanks for your help!
