Zipper works well on inside pocket. Approximately: 9 1/2” (L) x 8” (H) x 3” (D) Detachable crossbody strap with a 20” drop. It is suede in the interior bottom of bag. It shows a white film inside pocket which I used a diluted vinegar solution on. Cleaned & conditioned. Scuffs and scratches due to normal use. Authentic Coach hangtag.
