Hi I’m not a seamstress but using a flexible tape measure
Chest (measuring under the arm) 35 inches
Waist (measuring at top of pocket )38
Waist (mid-pocket ) also 38
Hip area 42
Arm (from under armpit) 17
Length 291/2
All these were taken by laying the coat flat , buttoned up and using a flexible tape measure. Hope this helps!
