Coach style 56819 crossbody/ shoulder bag. long strap is adjustable and removable. Very Clean and light use. Dogs in home but kept in spare room closet away from pets and any odor. Pictures are the exact item you will receive. So it's important to inspect all pictures as they serve as the majority of the description. Color may vary on different phones/computer. Zipper works like it should. Note: zipper has a tab to hold while opening and closing zipper. Just the way its made, not a defective product. Just some prefer other zipper styles. Will stuff purse and ship with bubble wrap and in plastic mailing envelope inside of box. I reuse boxes as it keeps packing cost down. Please be sure of purchase, no refund on buyer remorse, color liking, fit etc. Beautiful clean bag, some use on hardware from movement but no flaws.
