Used coach diaper bag, it does have some minor scuffing/staining on the outside/interior consistent with use for one kid. It is very minor in my opinion. The interior of the bag is HUGE! Multiple pockets around the interior for stashing whatever you need :). There are no insulated pockets, but it has plenty of room at the bottom for a small cooler. This listing does not include a changing pad, but it would easily fit one. Short straps for holding with your hand or a larger strap for shoulder or cross body use. My favorite thing about this diaper bag is that it is a diaper bag that doesn’t look like a diaper bag. Approximate measurements 15x6x12.5
