Purse is clean, kept in a clean smoke free home, cat friendly A**This purse looks really nice even though all listed below** 1) small black scuffs: a few on 2 corners-1 on bottom-1 on upper back-5 on one of the sides-1 on strap 2) wear on paint color on corners but because of shiny color it does not stand out 3) all trim on straps are peeling and damaged 4) inside lining has has very light stains around creed which is so light it hard to see - and also around the slip pockets which is easier to see. All is in photos. But because of the shiny outside and sateen shiny inside it truly does not look bad. It was cleaned inside and out but additional cleaning with baking soda and vinegar or other may make the lining spotless. The scuffs on the patent leather I do not know how to remove and the straps can be repaired but I don’t have products to do.
