Coach mini Kesley bag. Condition 9 out of 10 barely used (read description)

Beautiful that can be worn with everything. You can hold it on your wrist or carry it as a Crossbody. The length of the shoulder is extendable to 26 inches beautiful nine out of 10 hardly any sign of use. Okay so there is one issue, bag external zipper zips on but does not zips back off meaning it stays open. I don’t know how to resolve it, I think it need repair or replacement That’s why it reflects the price I am selling it for. If you have any question pls don’t hesitate to ask. Thank you.
