First section has a snap closure and two multi function slip pockets (Middle section has a zipper closure and two multi function slip pockets. Last section has a snap closure and a zippered pocket. Measurements lying flat are approximately: 14.5 inches long/wide (at bottom), 12.5 inches long/wide (at top) by 12 inches tall/high (at side), 10.5 inches tall/high (at middle) with a strap drop of 8.5 inches.
