The packaging isn't as glittery or glossy as the authentic one. In a authentic one, the lettering is more holographic (it's silver but turns into metallic different colors at angles), and is embossed into the packaging of the palette. From what I saw on the picture of the one you bought, the packaging is more matte, not as sleek and just straight up rainbow. I hope I didn't offend or upset you!
