Hello, the Coach purse is filthy dirty inside and out. Your description was in excellent condition with no stains or marks. Again, stating excellent condition. I cannot accept this. The Johnston & Murphy purse and the ring is acceptable. How do you suggest to resolve this issue? If, I do not get a swift response I will contact Poshmark support.
