cece_galy Please refund my money you never shipped the bag. People please be aware of this seller i bought this bag Saturday and she said she shipped it Monday usps hasn’t received the package only a pre-shipment and now she said that is lost and gave me a case number from usps saying that when they investigate I will be refunded

ltrlc2014 @cece_galy, you cannot refund now because the package might still be on its way to your address, we should wait. By your statement, it seems like you consider it as I didn't drop the package off. But Why would I spent more than one hour to file a case for this if I didn't drop it off? If I didn't want to sell the item, I could have just simply denied your offer. I don't know what made you think I'm so terrible, I tried my best to send the package out ASAP and nobody expected it to get lost.

ltrlc2014 @cece_galy You'll get a full refund If it's lost and I will get nothing in return except lose a handbag even if I did a lot of effort for this. I've been here for years and have had similar situations, and I'm grateful that most of the buyers Were patient and understanding.
