Coast is a British brand, and I bought it at Bloomingdales for a wedding, but never wore it. The craftsmanship and quality of this dress is superb. Simply beautiful and comes with a glossy leather belt. The top is black and sheer, with folded pleats toward the center waist. The bottom is flowy and ombré black.
