Long Coat - Faux - Vintage (slight flare at the bottom)
First off I did replace the buttons with what is on the coat now. However I did not add any where there used to be buttons on the sleeves, or on the very top of the coat. Therefore, I suggest that the new owner of this lovely coat consider changing all the buttons again and adding additional to the sleeves
