Vintage black double breasted 100% rayon. Shoulder pads, narrow sleeve bottom 4 1/4 " sleeve length 16 1/4 from pit to bottom so definitely for shorter arm if you want it to wrist. Looks elegant buttoned gives cute shape. Minor flaw, a snap loosened, and a couple smudges. Says dry clean..
