Cobalt Blue Custom Pageant Formal Halter Dress

Purchased it brand new off of Poshmark last Spring. Worn once for a few hours for prom. Originally $700. I purchased for $100. The chest is sheer cobalt and the entire bodice is covered in beadwork. There are 2 barely noticeable dark spots on the skirt that will probably come out after dry cleaning. Please see picture. From waist to floor: 38 1/2" Waist (in circumference) 37" Bust: 42"
