Cobalt Blue Max Studio Day to Night Dress

This is a great knee-length day to night dress - size women's small - that works perfectly over a dress slip (otherwise it'll cling quite a bit!). Sleeves are gathered on the sides and end up being 3/4 length. Neckline hits just below the collar bone. The black belt in front starts on the each hip and buckles over the pleated front panel.
