Forever Young brand Size 1 gently used dress perfect for prom or a black tie event. This dress is in impeccable shape with no stains or tears. The cobalt blue is so rich and the fabric flows beautifully. The front is embroidered and it is a beautiful subtle touch. It is fully lined with comfortable straps.
