Cobalt Blue fit and flare gown, Deb brand, Size 5/6

One of my favorite finds! This dress is very flattering! It is cobalt blue which looks great on so many people. It has lightly padded cups. It fits through the hips and then flares out. Has a back zipper. You will look amazing in this! It is Deb brand, which is no longer in existence. Size 5/6.
