Cobalt Blue leather skirt

Bought from Luomo leather shop damaged and was going to fix and wear with the matching leather jacket I bought. Never did fix and has since hung in the closest for far too long. The zipper needs replacing and it looks like someone too big tried it on and tore the seam under the zipper too. The length from top of waist to bottom of skirt is 18 inches. Waist is 14 inches across. Tag says 12 but I doubt it is since my size 10 leather skirt measures the same at waist.
