Cobalt blue strapless satin gown with boning at the top and a built in bra. Tie up the back so it can be fitted and can be tied in a bow above the booty or tucked in to the dress so you don’t have to worry about the tie getting undone. Only worn once for a few hours at formal and then dry cleaned. Because of the ties, it can fit sizes 0-6.
