Cobalt and Tawny Dress

Breezy Cobalt and Tawny dress. Never worn, with tags. Smoky blue color with white floral ruffle at the bottom. Long blue straps for multiple ways to tie it either in the back or around the waist. Ties have a naturally occurring distress, original condition. Fabric is a very light rayon. Saw a barely noticeable discoloration at the bottom, barely visible in close up but wanted to disclose any perceived flaw. Likely would come out once washed. Very cute just never wore it so time to pass on!
