Cobalt blue Iro Stacy dress

Fun bright blue mini dress by Iro. Tag is loose on one corner and there’s a little fraying along the bottom of the sleeves where it rubbed against me while I was wearing it, I suppose. But other than that, the dress has no other marks or stains. In good used condition. It’s a dolman sleeve, so chest is difficult to measure. I’m a 36C and it fit me perfectly. Length is 38 inches.
