Cobalt blue and white embroidered neckline top

Great casual shirt dressed up with pretty embroidery around the neckline! Loose fit and longer short sleeves is super flattering! Size is petite medium. There is a small spot on the bottom front near the hem that I never noticed before, not super noticeable obviously ;) price reflects. otherwise in good used condition. Open to offers!
