Cobalt blue dress with lime green accents XXL

Beautiful cobalt blue and rich lime green dress. Brand is “it” a way of life. Please see measurements as I bought this dress on Poshmark as a women’s sized XXL dress but I think it might be a Junior XXL. The front is sorta pleated, hard to capture. The dress is a sheer layer over a solid layer. This is super pretty and I am really bummed it does not fit. I cannot find a materials tag but my guess is 100% polyester. Smoke and pet free home.
