Cobalt blue formal dress

Beading and sequins detail, back zipper, sheer neck/front/back detail, 3-clasp closure on back of neck, front slit. Worn only once - no issues. Armpit to armpit is 15," armpit to bottom is 47," slit is 23.5," waist is 26,' and hips are 36." Can easily hem it shorter or make it about 2" longer (fabric available at the hem). Great for a formal affair, prom, weddings, fancy events, balls, etc. Runs small.
