Cobalt blue jeweled blouse

Really flattering and feminine hi-low top! The neckline is made of light green and pink jewels. Flutter sleeves. The back is completely sheer while the front is lined. I also took the elastic out of the front unfortunately so it's not hemmed properly anymore from the front...it's stringy while the back is still fine, as you can tell in the last picture.
