Cobalt blue midi dress, low strappy back

I wore this dress one time in a wedding. It's a beautiful color, and is very lightweight polyester material that breathes. it has a very low back and double crisscrosses. It's fairly plain from the front but stunning in the back. Calf length, very slightly longer in back. I'm sorry I cut off the tag because it was showing, I don't remember the brand. between 32" and 45" waist to hem. please note, the straps were adjusted and sewn down to make them lay flat. They can always be unpicked if necessary.
