msmiranda31 @shelberoneee hello there! There is some stretch in the waist but it’s not an elastic scrunch. It’s a “pull up” skirt, so there’s stretch to get it over your legs/bum.

msmiranda31 @shelberoneee yep, it’s thick material but lightweight. Scuba material is on the thicker side, but it’s still breatheable. I’m 5’2 and 126 pounds, it falls right under my knee in the front. Take a look at my other posting for the “vintage leaf patterned blouse” and you’ll see how I styled the skirt and how it looked on me.
